I offer three paths for you to reach your goals and achieve a better body.
Path One: "B-fit BOOT CAMP" Performed in an outdoor setting, B-fit uses strength training with a weight loss emphasis to help you build strength, lose weight, become defined, improve your overall health and guide you to your individual goal. B-fit is a rewarding program with a little bit of everything (spices included) thrown in to avoid boredom and repetition.

Path Two: "Me & You". One on one sessions designed to change your life. What do you want? Lose weight, run a 5K, a half marathon, a marathon, walk a mile, change your diet, lift weights to strengthen and tone, build that BETTER BODY? ANY goal you may have- this is where we, as a TEAM, will GET YOU THERE. "Me and You" together will tailor a program to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Path Three: "Me & You & A Few". The same program and focus as "Me and You" but with a buddy or three. Sometimes people prefer to workout in small groups. Hey, sounds good to me ... I like to work out with buddies as well.
Once a path is chosen and we start walking down the road to a BETTER BODY you will start to have more energy. You will begin to feel more calm and centered. I will make SURE you are performing each exercise correctly with proper form, technique and breathing. I can also assure you that you can exercise all you want, but if you are eating poorly, it is going to be a long, long ... long road. Even if you are over-eating the so called "good foods" it will prolong your quest. The weight WON'T come off and your body WON'T change. Guess what? I can help. I will go to the grocery store with you and HELP YOU SHOP! I will walk through your kitchen and overhaul your entire food pantry. Change is tough, I won’t lie. Let us hold hands and walk down the path to a BETTER BODY together. OUT WITH THE BAD, IN WITH THE GOOD, in fitness, in nutrition AND IN LIFE.
